Who we are
An owner-operator, not a middleman.
The Salem Group is a privately held power generation company. We put our own capital, engineers and operators behind every plant we build, and we stay for the life of the asset. That alignment is why utilities, regulators and industrial customers keep working with us.
Our teams have delivered projects from greenfield permitting through commercial operation in some of the region's most demanding grids, where fuel logistics, transmission constraints and weather all test a plant's design. We build for those conditions on purpose.
